There are some good new features here; the use of AJAX tabs on the home page, a well organised page and sensible footer; as well as a nice new style - I love the use of the Georgia Sans Serif - very web 2.0.
However, I have to say, for an organisation like the Times to not post an accessibility statement describing exactly what is being done for visually or motor-impaired people, as well as the elderly, is pretty awful. This website doesnt not validate to W3C standards (in fact the home page has 104 errors) and is not going to be accessible to all users.
It is not that hard to do and in my opinion, the press has as much of a duty as the government does to provide a fully valid, accessible site - especially when it is only 2 days old.

Social Music Overview - Pandora, Last.Fm, Finetune,etc.
I absolutely worship Pandora. It is one of those hyped sites that really hits the nail. It resonates the same kind of aesthetic and functional power over me as anything from 37Signals and the like. When it comes to what web 2.0 is supposed to do, I agree with the story below in that only have music sites really achieved the goal of web 2.o (unless of course we include photos, then I guess Flickr has done that. Oh and Zoomr too. Well, anyway, it’s a good article).
