Returned from a wonderful but weird break in Holland in a bizarre rural resort called Het Meerdal. Incredible quiet, amazing wildlife but the people were very very odd :)

Kind of freaks me out how incredibly massive and unending the internet is, yet so often bizarre and weird coincidences appear online. Take this for example, messed with my head this morning…..I am working for Poke London at the moment and one project I just helped get live is some flash banners for their gigsandtours site. Separately, I am helping my friends band The Loyal Few with online projects, including a new site and some banner/email work….and here on last.fm the two worlds collided:

Orange have just launched a new flash site to promote their Animals packages on PAYG - and it’s pretty neat. Poke London built it. Basically, it’s the world’s first virtual balloon race. I would imagine the site will tell you about it better than I could.orange balloon race
